Incompetent management stresses employees out

My coworkers are talented and cooperative. They make working at such a miserable place just a bit more bearable.

Cons

Employees are constantly stressed out because of management. They're incompetent, out of touch, and demanding. They keep setting unrealistic expectations for us to meet without even considering if their demands are feasible, and they don't even bother providing us with any support.

- the team is always willing to help, which makes handling customer concerns much easier - information is regularly updated, so I never feel unprepared when answering questions - management is approachable and actually listens when we suggest ways to improve things

The team is friendly and always willing to help. Training programs are solid and really build confidence. Career growth opportunities exist, but you need to be proactive. Flexible schedules offer great work/life balance. The office environment is nice but could use updates.

That the office feels outdated.
