I'm lucky to have supportive co-workers.

Cons

Lifeplus is headed by unqualified and incapable leaders. Our supervisors are clueless most of the time, and they sometimes don't even bother to pretend like they know what they're doing. They just pass on tasks and instructions to us employees, but they never provide proper guidance and support.

It’s a steady job with good people around – I know I’ve got a team that has my back. The company pushes me to level up my skills which is great. There are solid training opportunities; plus, my supervisor is very supportive and provides all the guidance I need. As for perks, we get three free nutritional supplement products every month. And if you want more, they offer an employee discount.

Cons

No cons; there’s room to grow if you put the effort in.
