      1. Real, purposeful work minus the corporate fluff 2. R&D, marketing, QA and production teams really talk to each other. 3. The company stays ahead of trends, so there are plenty of opportunities to learn and grow. 4. Pet supplement projects are interesting.

      Pathetic Planning and Disorganized Chaos Everywhere

      Surviving here requires embracing daily chaos. If you enjoy living with constant unpredictability, then maybe you'll fit in.

      Cons

      Poor planning turns everything into a disaster. Leadership has no clue how to manage time or tasks. Some days are brutally overloaded, while others are a min-numbing cycle of repetition.
