if your one of the lucky ones with a nice manager you can have a nice life at lifeplus. there are some really frinedly people too, its not all bad to be fair, I loved my team and there are good ones like my team and hr and training ladies and reception ladies and people like that who are helpful and kind. But there are some other new people and they are putting people on discipliniries and restructuring and Im so glad I left when i did.

Management is that poor that I can hardly find words for it. Management starts not with the team leaders it’s starts with the operation managers and these guys definitely haven’t understood to be a manager is not to treat people like slaves or because they’ve a lower position. Treatment is absolute disgusting and I’ve never worked for a company like that before. Can’t even talk to them everything needs to go to team leader first who then struggles to address it. HR department needs sorting out Company advertises job position which they don’t actually want to fill
