Nice and helpful colleagues. Supportive work environment. Pleased with the training – gave me solid product knowledge and confidence in using the systems. Clear processes and good communication. Satisfied with the pay and benefits.

- Leads are on the floor and ready to assist if needed - Onboarding and training covered all the basics - Veteran reps are happy to share tips with new people - Never had any issues with pay - Workplace remains organized and calm even when busy

You learn fast because you have no choice.

Cons

It always feels like there are not enough people and somehow everything is still expected to get done. Management is rough and most managers talk down to staff like basic respect is optional. You are not allowed to speak up directly, everything has to go through layers that go nowhere. HR barely helps and usually just disappears when things get messy. Job postings feel misleading since roles never seem to open for real. The company talks a big game about values, but it all feels fake once you see how little support or training anyone actually gets.
