Amazing people to work with

Pros

Lifeplus is full of happy, positive and supportive colleagues, especially my manager who has supported me from the moment I started and help me to grow and develop my skills. Through out my time at Lifeplus so far, I've been able to get involved in lots of different social activities from Team lunches and Macmillan Coffee morning to the amazing festive celebrations.

Cons

Sometimes it can get very busy - need a few more hours in the day sometimes!

they took a lot of time thinking about their employees and how to make an enjoyable working environment for them they also seem to genuinely care about their customers

Cons

performance reviews were based on a system that didnt seem fair (although I personally always had excellent reviews, I do agree )
