Small company with organizational problems - customer manipulating bonus schemes, not really interested in the products.

Ok pay, free products, relaxed environment

Cons

Poor mamagement, lack of communication, management not interested in staff development or wellbeing. The contact centre is the worst, managers are ignoring to what people want or need, they all seem busy but nothing is done for agents. The ok managers are put down by higher management if they speak up. Seems like the whole company is a fraud..

The people! At Lifeplus we are so lucky to have such a fun, friendly and diverse team. I myself am based at Lifeplus House which is also where our Contact Centre team are located, this is a busy, creative and collaborative environment full of lots of friendly faces. Following the growth period we are now in a great position to make some really positive changes across the business, its an exciting time to be working at or joining Lifeplus.

-coworkers; they are amazing and lovely -upwards mobility; hires internally and helps people to reach their full potential (and more) -support personal development, even if it isn’t specific to company role -inspiring; giving people responsibility and letting them own their own projects -mental health; frequently talked about and taken serious! -community; working with lovely people helps to feel part of the team - they also offer lots of out of work hour activities -well-being; standing-desks, fruit baskets, massages & table tennis during work -support system; help to settle in when moving from abroad -benefits; going to the movies, gym & shopping? Discounts offered for all of it
