Pros

It still keeps a StartUp culture, however it feels like it's transitioning to a more traditional/structured environment, which doesn't mean it'll be negative. There is also flexibility in the hybrid model of arranging with your manager the days you want/can be in office (at least in my team)

Cons

The compensation is low when compared to its tech peers. The attainment threshold has increased however the variable model has been adjusted to be deployed at it's minimum until the rep has achieved over the 80% attainment, which if under semi-annual o annual quote, means you'll have to survive with just your base salary for longer period. Also the massive layoffs, but at this point it's a recurrent thing in all tech companies every year.

Pros

LinkedIn's culture and values are second to none. Company is great with work-life balance, although there is a lot of work. Mental health is a great concern, so wellness is a priority.

Cons

Due to it being a large and consolidade enteprise, mobility is slow. There are many possibilities, but you'll need to dig deep to get there.
