Business Outlook
Pros
Lots of challenges and opportunities of developing your career. The climate is great and people respect and help each other. Great benefits and really focused on investing in people and giving opportunities.
Cons
It started as a family company, so sometimes there aren´t polices. Everything works really good, and there is a huge effort on making the rules clear, but sometimes it takes long time to solve a problem because it's still based on people and not on process (who is the owner of the process, not the process itself)
