      A lot of technologies to work. You can argue about using a technology if it makes sense for the solution. There are many good people working there. They encourage you to speak at conferences if you want to. Remote work is possible depending on your manager.

      Bureaucracy when it's not needed Some changes are difficult to be done because there are many political levels to talk to.
