Remote for tech, good C&B and moderate result pressure

Cons

Bad incentives and promotions cycle. Too much responsibility to roles (although salary is not bad, could be receiving the same amount with much less responsibility in another company)

On Product/tech side it is a great place to work

Cons

Management team clearly has it's preference people, even with less results than other people. They also mad a lot of poor decisions on hiring more people than they should, and that took to a lot of layoffs. The company is not trustful for someone that wants stability.
