A lot of talk about the importance of diversity, but very little concrete action. Started to cut off benefits.

On Product/tech side it is a great place to work
Cons
Management team clearly has it's preference people, even with less results than other people. They also mad a lot of poor decisions on hiring more people than they should, and that took to a lot of layoffs. The company is not trustful for someone that wants stability.
