- It provided great and diverse challenges - Great Salary - Very dynamic, you never get bored - It gives promotions instead of hiring externally (but the salary doesn't always follow).
Cons
- The amount of projects and context switching might be challenging to cope with. - Lately, the departments are less collaborative and more prone to blame-shifting, hurting productivity and morale.
