      Pros

      Company culture is open to the people. Salary is above average. Great team to be working with. You have a lot of opportunities to go outside and understand other people's work.

      Cons

      As every startup, processes need some work. Company culture is open to the people. Sometimes you feel lost and that management is not helping you. Different "generations" of employees eventually clash about how things are being done.

      Pros

      Loggi is the hotest logistics startup in Brazil, the culture is insane, everyone receives the best treatment, and have that unique Brazilian empathy and funny way.

      Cons

      Well, just like any growing business, things could change quickly. It's uncomfortable for some people, but, I see it as a feature.
