      Loggi is a place that is always striving to be a place where you can be comfortable as yourself, and learn/grow as much as possible. Also, remuneration and benefits are great. Full remote work during the quarantine.

      Pros

      Company culture is open to the people. Salary is above average. Great team to be working with. You have a lot of opportunities to go outside and understand other people's work.

      Cons

      As every startup, processes need some work. Company culture is open to the people. Sometimes you feel lost and that management is not helping you. Different "generations" of employees eventually clash about how things are being done.
