Great technology company which is building the future of logistics in Brazil. Inspiring goal with a huge social and economic impact. Environment is meritocratic, fast-paced and with very good compensation.

Cons

Fast-pace environment makes work-life balance sometimes more difficult to achieve but overall a great opportunity.

- Huge monolithic app - Extremely bureaucratic on code review (Extremely) - The huge legacy product (a monster) will dominate you. - Pray before for the right Engineer Manager or Pray after for the great nightmare, make your choice.
