Pros
It is best company to work especially for ladies. We have hybrid work life. Company provides pluxee (food card)-Rs.78 per day for whole month, annual bonus (based on business rate for a year), free beverages, two way cabs, Rs.350 per day for night shifts, free basic annual health checkup, Employee Life and Health Insurance, Free counselling for mental health and financial advise. Every year they conduct Annual Party and Family Day. Average hike will be 8-12% depending on your performance and team.
Cons
Major concern for many employees is food. Cafeteria food quality and quantity is not good, don't have much option. We have food court but price is high. Budget for team outing is very low compared to other companies.
