1. You cannot take work from home even if company policy has 1 day WFH per week. It all depends on your manager, who is on his toes to torture you for that. 2. HR leadership is a JOKE !! HR's are biggest slaves to the managers. They dance on the tunes of their managers, no spine to take any action even there are N number of evidences against them. 3. Manager's dictatorship is seen in each and every one of them. They treat their employees as slaves. 4. The biggest joke of this company is , the exit interview happens right infront of your reporting manager !! 5. The management do not want Bangalore site to grow hence they treat you badly, so that u leave by yourself. 6. No learning opportunity, they hire you for X role and give work on something else. 7. If you do the flattery, you are going to survive here. Ethics, integrity is for namesake. 8. They don't believe in diversity . Women employees does not get much support from managers. If someone drops a genuine harassment case, HR's and management make you leave in a week ! 9. I can list N number of things, one of the worst decisions to join here. DO NOT JOIN EVEN IF THEY PAY YOU WELL !

The culture has gone to the dogs ; they poorly implemented their reorg so it's all super unstructured and the employees pay price. Culture: They say great things about diversity and inclusiveness but those are all just pretty words. Teams are very cliquey which makes it hard to do projects if youre the odd one out. Leadership talks about improving diversity & inclusiveness but they live in a bubble and think that's already the reality so no action to improve is taken. ReOrg: The company went through a massive reorg impacting corporate but it was half-baked and left the teams feeling even more confused/uneasy which reflects in how they work with one another now.
