      good learning system (online + ILC), experience in all container shipping spheres regardless of the dept You are working in, good stuff, challenging tasks

      always work under pressure, a lot of changes that are not always handled well, poor balance between work and home life

      Pros

      It is a great place to become a corporate citizen and apply six sigma methodology. If you like being married to your job, this will be a great fit for you.

      Cons

      Offshore jobs to India. The work culture does not encourage professional growth. If you are good at what you do, more than likely they'll want to keep you there as to not have to train someone else to take your place or you may be asked to go to India to facilitate your job to be moved overseas.
