      Pros

      Maersk is an equal opportunity employer with very good international exposure and culture mix. Overall policies are employee friendly and good for organic growth. There are immense opportunities for one to try within the group.

      Cons

      Most of the top management is danish and makes one wonder whether the others stop to grow after a certain level. Overall very shrewd in hire and fire, people who have served loyally for over 20 years have been asked to leave overnight if their profile became redundant.

      Pros

      I love Maersk line, a great and wonderful company that gives you much room to improve yourself as a person all the while growing and working within the company itself. It's a win-win situation for all parties involved.

      Cons

      The only downside to working at Maersk Line is that you cannot work there 24\7 and have to go home at some point when your shift is over.
