      Free lunch. Work from home and flexible. Some nice people.

      Cons

      There are too many problems to list. Do yourself a favour and do not work here. Some issues are: Confused leadership. Constant reorganisation. Poor quality staff, many of them in India. Excessive outsourcing Nepotism, Favouritism, lack of people values. Incompetent and corrupt HR department. A culture of lying, dishonesty and whitewashing. Inadequate internal IT systems. Disorganized. Often borderline chaotic.

      Pros

      A.P Moller Maersk is a big brand name and world’s biggest shipping and logistics company with proud history but Maersk Line UK Ltd is an embarrassment and destroying the great legacy of A.P Moller Maersk. Free fruits, coffee and if there’s a cyber attack, then there’s free lunch too. Biweekly free drinks in cafeteria.

      Cons

      Very unprofessional environment to work in. Too much time wasted in unnecessary meetings rather than doing actual work. Managers aren’t capable enough to effectively lead a team which demotivates the subordinates. Probation period is 6 months and superiors constantly bully you over probation period with indirect threats of sacking you. No respect for Data Protection. HR Managers are useless and never bother to understand employees grievances but they just try to cover up issues.

      Just do not get UX or digital

      Good work-life balance, new offices, free fruit/coffee, travel to Denmark, good pension

      Cons

      Do not value my area of expertise in any way, don't get digital despite talking about it constantly, bloated middle-managment layer, terrible bonus scheme, no great benefits, very rarely talk to customers, stale management ideas
