      1. Average Salary. 2. Work life balance.

      Cons

      1. Company is full of incompetent Engineering managers specially "NSCP platform". They don't even know how give feedback to the team. They are puppet of the platform lead and just serve his orders. 2. There is no growth in the company . There is no guideline for next level promotion. Every EM has their own definition. 3. They don't have any vision about product they are building.

      If you want to settle down with 9-5 job only then this company is for you. workplace is good and you will get free lunch coupon and two way cab facility.

      Cons

      Situated in outskirts of bangalore. No place to hangout nearby. Cab facility is on sharing basis so cab will not wait more than 2min in your pickup point.
