      Good reputation, professional, skilled, dedicated employees, strong brand

      Cons

      I have not worked at Maersk Line. I recently interviewed for them, and completed three rounds of interviews, totalling 6 interviews. Feedback on their logical & personality tests was very positive (above average), and chemistry with the hiring manager was good. Ultimately, I was not offered the position, and was given no feedback whatsoever. The hiring manager, while offering to give my feedback, has been impossible to reach since.

      Pros

      Good company culture. Structured and process driven, like any other MNCs. Good on job training and the support from colleagues. Good compensation and benefits as well.

      Cons

      Due to work function the job is under 24/7 scheme. There is less work & life balance however company will compensate on the irregular working hours.
