      Cons

      No new innovations Management looks so lost in their head that they change their leadership every 2 quarter. 2 top senior management folks have left now. Cost cutting at its peak, Getting lost in revenue as competitors are moving ahead than them Unnecessary travel for employees even when the work can be done remotely. Lesser Hike, Product base turned out to be a Service Based. Not listening and understanding the Technical Staff at ground level, just focusing on the cost cuts.
