Business Outlook
Pros
I found my first year to be incredible. It was a sharp learning curve but exciting as well. Merck is a collaborative environment where many scientists share their research and help guide jr scientists as well. I really enjoy my time and my work is meaningful. I can see myself here for many years.
Cons
There's no sites close to me so I commute incredibly far across state lines. I don't know if you're allowed to work remotely some days either.
