      Work life balance, people here mostly are friendly.

      Cons

      Very very difficult to get promotion to even just a senior role. Lab skills is not appreciated. Very limited chance in term in career growth and learn new skills other than lab work. Good as learning boat for fresh graduate and good for people who waiting for retire.
