      - working environment - incredible experience - friendly team

      Cons

      - they treat you like a full-time employee in terms of tasks but pay you like an intern - there's no mentoring, which is something I missed a lot as an intern - poor onboarding in terms of work processes - unrelated tasks - no opportunity to take additional courses or training
