      Pros

      Pay - about it, some lovely talented people but sadly only the bullies received progression opportunities.

      Cons

      Terrible weak management, inability to speak up and raise challenges without being perceived as difficult, inconsistent policies applied to a select number of favourites (the ones willing to suck up to leadership teams). Illogical wfh policy. Work life balance is out of control. Competence is rewarded with a staggering and unsustainable workload.

Most people are kind and helpful - There is also a strong commitment to implementing agile methodologies

      Cons

      While MSD has a diverse workforce, the sense of inclusion is lacking, particularly for non-native employees. As a non-native Dane, I often feel excluded from informal conversations and key networking opportunities that could advance my career. Also, there are few opportunities for career progression within Denmark. The company is more suitable for those willing to relocate to other regions where MSD operates.
