      nice people who work closely to, good wages and benefits

      Cons

      bad leadership and alot of managment politics. lots of people leaving cause of pressured into different roles and not being appreciated for the hard work they actually do. Since redundancies announced management don't care about staff or the workload. No plan to help staff overcome the neagtiveness etc.

      As some of the honest reviews mentioned here how management takes place by fear and cliques get promoted and talent gets passed up. Either you are in the "ingroup" or you are not. There are Directors here that basically don´t do anything and "work from home" throughout the whole ski season and barely reachable. When I was working there I have seen my manager on-site 2-3 times over the whole year.
