      I really love working at MSD. I like the culture, mission and vision of the company. It is quite flexible and results oriented. Environment is very good overall, well paid and with many benefits

      The big cons is the career development opportunities. Grow here is very difficult, even if your performance is excellent. Managers are not really involved in giving opportunities to employees from other departments, although there company promotes that
