      Good working environment and culture, awesome colleagues, very flat structure, lots of internal events for staff, fun place to work at

      Cons

      Due to budget cuts, retrenchment and contracts were not continued, Very sad as that happened even for staff with good reviews,

      Pros

      Solid base compensation with multiple extra employment benefits. Diverse community representing dozens of different nations with very diverse & interesting cultural background. Lively after-work integration, with a lot of employer/employee - driven initiatives. Indigestible number of learning opportunities. Ok work-life balance. Agile ways of working.

      Cons

      Work culture deficiencies - efficient assignment of responsibilities and accountability seemed to be a structural issue. Depending on assignment -may require some work during weekends (but properly compensated). Too many strategic/tactical changes, with insufficient clarity of underpinning business rational and poor change management. Limited promotion opportunities and practicing of so-called "dry promotions" - tier responsibility increase without actual promotion.
