Good Package, Global policies, reputation as a research driven company

Cons

Terrible people management, incompetent and corrupt senior leadership, absolute lack of transparency, no talent development, high nepotism (company being filled with favourite colleagues of sr leaders past companies), HR main job is harassing good employees, image whitewashing, firing people without compensation, company basically shutting down in India and hundreds are being fired on flimsy grounds at the best.

Good history, global policies, reputation of being science driven

Cons

Terrible people management, corrupt and incompetent senior leadership, absolute lack of transparency, no talent development, high degree of nepotism (new leadership filling team with incompetent co-workers from previous companies), HR only focused at gagging employees and firing people without any valid reasons. Company basically winding up operations in India and they are simply firing dozens of people every week without proper rationale or severance. Good employees leaving company for their own good.
