      -Good pay -Good colleagues -Good oncology product

      -Recent restructuring on primary care ended with 84 jobs being slashed -Annual October restructuring -Lack of new products to promote -Major products either off patent or nearing patent expiry -Management full of second rate managers , directors -IT is a disgrace -Too much bureaucrat

      Nice looking office, good location

      Cons

      Very political. Low compensation as compared to market. Singapore IT hub does not generate much value, US and Prague IT hub does the important projects. Attend night meetings almost every night. Work is too segmented to learn anything of value.
