      Overworked and under compensated

      Pros

      There are opportunities for rotation. Management pay close attention to safety and personal development of employees.

      Cons

      When issues over workload are highlighted, management listens but does little to improve the situation. Company keeps on taking more project without improving the infrastructure and facilities. Bonus is pegged to performance but increment is not. Increment barely keeps us with inflation rate.

      Friendly atmosphere, you are allowed to share your own belief openly enough, high management is close to rest of colleagues and approachable to talk to, good benefits

      Cons

      Too many meetings take place and required for even small projects, heavy bureaucracy that can delay processes. Medium rate salaries compared to others for same roles
