      Toxic environment overshadowing good pay and benefits

      Good pay and bonus, pension

      Cons

      The worst place ever worked..stems from the initial hire approach. They still havent got their head into the game that its a production faciliry not an extension of universtiy. Once they get that sorted they might get better. Very toxic enviromwnt. Cliques ruin the place.

      - teammates - paygrade I think that’s it

      Cons

      - unfair conditions among the teams, one team has flexible HO, the other forced to go in - horrible people management, no one takes your feedback seriously - manager can talk bad things about you behind your back to your teammates, pretending to be very professional on the surface - upper management is probably well aware of things, but just chooses not to listen

      Pros

      MSD has great offices and offers excellent benefits. Most colleagues are wonderful to work with and there is a genuine effort being done to create a good office feeling.

      Cons

      Senior leadership has shifted mainly to the US, which often leaves a difficult working dynamic with EU culture and work regulations.
