Pros

None I can think of. There are better companies.

Cons

- Being a foreigner, I experienced racism and clear discrimination. It stems from leadership and HR is actually useless as they are influenced by the leadership, especially UK HR. - It is not a meritocracy, there's a widespread "kiss up, kick down" culture and you need to be able to play the game to get promoted, instead of focusing on actual science. Maybe this is a US company culture thing since my colleagues in other European competitor companies don't experience this. - Feedback for leadership is asked every year an literally no changes happen. Why? because nobody cares and if it's brought up, you are punished. - On the surface, diversity and inclusion is important but dig a little deeper and see the truth. Nobody cares about this, it's actually all a show. Just look at the leadership team it is nearly all white.

Pros

Good salaries if you negotiate well, nice location in Lucerne

Cons

Poor development & training opportunities, management by fear, understaffing, very US centric company, very political. These are always the same "clique" (considered as sufficiently "loyal" to the "cause") who get promoted. You'd better belong to them if you want to develop. Otherwise, search elsewhere...

Pros

The company offers a competitive compensation package including a robust benefits plan that encompasses comprehensive health insurance and a generous leave policy of 25 annual and 10 sick days. The work environment primarily revolves around commercial and financial analytics, providing ample opportunities for career growth and development.

Cons

The India management team requires further development to foster a mature organizational culture. There is a perceived issue of credit allocation, particularly among individuals with non-pharma backgrounds, which may be driven by a competitive environment. Additionally, there is a tendency to bypass established processes in data management to expedite deliverables for the US-based leadership. These factors contribute to an unhealthy level of competition and potential risks to data integrity.
