      * stable company * MSD invests in User Research and UX design * offices/equipment are fairly good

      Cons

      * project based work (as opposed to product oriented teams) * lots of cancelled/unfinished projects, long-term funding is problematic (work planned/budgeted in year long projects) * GxP projects have high amount of paperwork due to compliance reasons * not much space for technical growth
