      No benefits like other MNCs , no trainings, not good insurance, bad car policy. Biased Finance team, no process for reimbursement

      Good pay and overtime pay

      Cons

      Bullying & haressement. Majority of team contractors, so very much used and abused. Lack of responsibility in higher team members. Lack of decision making, leading to a toxic blame culture. Overworked & frustrating, work life balance non-existent. No communication between departments. Overall, toxic place to work.
