      Big group with good training and work/salary conditions. Nice work environment and flexibility for work vs private life. Good work autonomy. International contacts.

      Cons

      Lots of decisions are still centralized in the US. Traditional management style in some departments and not agile enough. Career evolution in BE often means moving abroad (HQ) or intensive traveling.
