      Pros

      Flexible employer, don’t feel micro-managed, I am trusted to do my job. Encourage development if you also foster your own self-development. Great in providing parental flexibility.

      Cons

      Pay Review and Promotions process is handled poorly. There is not continuity in the comms between business sector and the approach to what warrants a pay rise or promotion also seems to vary between sectors.
