      Pros

      Consult Side- Pay seems to be very competitive, pay rise each April. Year 2 got better bay rise based on performance and bonus. If you follow what the expect (timesheets on time, training completed on time) these things all help you to maximise pay rise and bonus opportunities. Car allowance seems to be one of the best in market. Have moved with Transport Sector lots of opportunities.

      Some management issues with changes, need to understand how things work to make sure your performance metrics on the system are good as that's with top level judge you on as well as work product,
