      Coworkers are wonderful and always willing to help.

      Cons

      Insurance costs are high. Company preaches values that they do not implement in real life. Don't expect to be able to work globally unless you're from the UK.

      good pay package in comparison to competitors, steadily growing so work order book is looking promising unlike some of the competitors who are a bit more shaky at the moment

      Cons

      lack of flexible working, hours can be excessive, not easy to move around although it is advertised there is no response from recruitment teams ever and never any replies back
