Pros
Employee and parent friendly company, great flexible working policies, supportive line managers and in general a very healthy and positive environment to work in. Employee mental health and company values are taken very seriously. One of the few companies that actually walks the talk.
Cons
Depending on the project and client-demands, work can be hectic sometimes although Mace as a company advises employees to not work overtime too much and more resources are added if it happens too often.
