A mix of employees from different backgrounds and ages. Big clients.

Cons

Very poor management of the business. Directors were quick to push employees into moving to different regions after winning work and over-promising to clients in bids outside of NY. Also difficult to move up in the ranks, despite the business making career progression a “priority”.
