      Cons

      Long hours that likely will have a negative impact on your mental health. They do have a mental health support service but it isn’t any good. I’ve tried it. They charge low fees to clients then put the pressure on employees to get the work done. Average working day is about 12 hours in some teams. Totally unreasonable. Line managers have no clue how to help.
