My colleagues are really friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and approachable. No one expects you to know much at first they always ensure you have time to ask questions. Relaxed working environment - you get to know others very quickly. Don't be afraid to ask - no question is silly.

I have not found any downsides yet.
