Pros
Mace has a global span, with people located all over the world. I can only speak from my experience as someone located in their London office, but it's rare to find a business that treats you as an individual and not just a number among thousands. There's genuine care from a senior level that teams are looked after, go home safe, and feel comfortable to seek help when needed. Especially as a graduate, coming into a role where things are unfamiliar and new - these factors are really appreciated.
