2 extra AL days during Xmas office closure. Finish 1h early on Fridays. Pension 7+5. Extra AL day after 2y service (Max5) Renowned for prestigious projects.

Cons

They say “we are like family” but have many rounds of job cuts and outsourcing and then fill in with fresh blood.
