      It’s pretty stressful

      Some really good people Good people if you drink the cool aid Minimal micromanagement because everyone is overworked

      Cons

      To move up in the company you either need really strong relationships with key leaders but any movement will still be a battle Each job will be like throwing you blindly into the deep end
