I am sorry you feel that there has been slow progress for you and I would encourage you to have a conversation with your line manager to develop a career development plan that will enable you to achieve your aspirations.

      Great team environment, Growing every day

      The people, social events, team dynamics and project diversity. A great office to work in. Access to upper management is frequent and easy.

      Cons

      Line management, training and onboarding could do with some more structuring. Feedback on projects and allocation not taken too seriously.
